Ingredients:
– Fresh spinach leaves
– Eggs
– Cheese (cheddar or a similar variety)
– Onions

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped onions until they are translucent.
- Add the fresh spinach leaves to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked spinach and onions to the eggs and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
