Diabetic Big Mac French Toast (Low-Carb & Sugar-Free)

Bread (French-toast style, diabetic-safe)

Use one:

  • Low-carb bread
  • Keto bread
  • Almond-flour bread

(Regular white bread = nope)


Ingredients

For the filling

  • Lean ground beef (salt + pepper)
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Sliced pickle
  • Low-fat cheese slice (or cheddar)

French toast coating

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened milk or almond milk
  • Pinch salt + black pepper

Big-Mac–style sauce (sugar-free)

  • 1 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar-free ketchup
  • Finely chopped pickle

How to Make

  1. Cook ground beef until browned. Set aside.
  2. Mix egg + milk + salt/pepper.
  3. Dip low-carb bread in egg mixture.
  4. Pan-cook like French toast (light oil/butter).
  5. Assemble:
    • Toast
    • Beef
    • Cheese
    • Lettuce + pickle
    • Sauce
  6. Top with another toast slice → press lightly.
  7. Toast both sides again till golden 🥪🔥
