Diabetic Big Mac French Toast (Low-Carb & Sugar-Free)
Bread (French-toast style, diabetic-safe)

(Regular white bread = nope)
Ingredients
For the filling
- Lean ground beef (salt + pepper)
- Chopped lettuce
- Sliced pickle
- Low-fat cheese slice (or cheddar)
French toast coating
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp unsweetened milk or almond milk
- Pinch salt + black pepper
Big-Mac–style sauce (sugar-free)
- 1 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp sugar-free ketchup
- Finely chopped pickle
How to Make
- Cook ground beef until browned. Set aside.
- Mix egg + milk + salt/pepper.
- Dip low-carb bread in egg mixture.
- Pan-cook like French toast (light oil/butter).
- Assemble:
- Toast
- Beef
- Cheese
- Lettuce + pickle
- Sauce
- Top with another toast slice → press lightly.
- Toast both sides again till golden 🥪🔥
