Big Mac Egg Rolls

Ingredients:
For the Filling:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Egg Rolls:
- Egg roll wrappers
- Water (for sealing the wrappers)
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
For the Special Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickles
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add onions to the skillet and cook until softened. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Prepare Special Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together all the special sauce ingredients. Set aside.
- Combine Filling Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef and onions with pickles, lettuce, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Assemble the Egg Rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the filling onto the center of the wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
- Fry the Egg Rolls: In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls until they are golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve: Serve the Big Mac Egg Rolls with the special sauce for dipping.
