Best weightloss tea remedy

Ingredients:

1) 2 cups of water

2) 10 bay leaves

3) 2 cinnamon stick

4) A tablespoon of cloves

5) 2 Juice of a lemon

6) 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:

1) Boil water in a saucepan.

2)Add bay leaves, cinnamon, and cloves.

3) Simmer for 5–10 minutes.

4)Strain the tea and add lemon juice before serving.

5) Drink on an empty stomach in the morning and/or before bed.
