Ingredients:

  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or a sugar substitute (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, and grated carrots.
