Low carb chocolate brownie filled with yummy keto vanilla ice cream. Super easy low carb chocolate brownies that everyone will love.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Unsweetened Peanut Butter
- ¾ cup Brown Erythritol
- 1/3 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
- 1 pint Keto Vanilla Ice Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line an 8”x8” pan with parchment.
- Whisk together eggs, peanut butter, and erytrhitol in a bowl.
- Whisk together almond flour and cocoa in a separate bowl.
- Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325F.
- Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
- Unmold and slice in half across the thickness.
- Return half into the bottom of the pan.
- Spread ice cream on then top add remaining brownie half to top
- Freeze overnight.
- Unmold and cut into serving portions.
