Ingredients:

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

For the Dressing:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons honey (or sugar substitute for fewer points)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Salad Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli florets, finely chopped red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and crumbled cooked bacon (if using). If desired, add shredded cheddar cheese for extra flavor.
