Beef Salpicao

Ingredients
2 pounds tenderloin
5 medium cloves garlic
5 ½ tablespoons salted butter
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (You can sub with 3tbsp balsamic vinegar + ½ tbsp monkfruit sweetener)
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
½ tbsp of red chili pepper flakes
Instructions
Slice tenderloin to cubes
Mince garlic. Split into two portions and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the first half of minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add beef to the bowl with spice mix and mix well to evenly season
Let it sit for 5 mins
Add 1 tbs of melted butter to the bowl and toss to coat the beef cubes
In a separate pan, fry the remaining half of minced garlic in olive oil.
Set aside the pan to cool once the minced garlic is brown and crisp.
Place beef cubes into the pan to sear.
Turn once one side of the beef is brown and slightly charred.
Once the other side is seared, add the butter and Worcestershire sauce (if you’re strict keto, you can use a mixture of 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar and ½ tbsp of Monkfruit sweetener)
Let the butter melt then toss to coat the beef cubes evenly. Top with fried garlic and red chili pepper flakes.
