Beef Nacho Supreme

1 pound of ground beef
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 bag of tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup sliced jalapenos
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Optional: sour cream and guacamole
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it’s fully cooked, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Once done, drain any excess fat.
Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine, and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Arrange the tortilla chips on the baking sheet that has been prepped, ensuring they are in a single layer.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Spoon the seasoned ground beef over the cheese, spreading it out to cover the entire sheet of chips.
Scatter the diced tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and black olives over the beef.
Place the baking sheet with the prepared nachos in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.
Take the baking sheet out of the oven and sprinkle the chopped cilantro on top of the nachos.
Serve the nachos hot, with sour cream and guacamole on the side if desired.
