Ingredients:
– 3 Medium tomatoes, roughly chopped
– 2 Large cucumbers, sliced
– 1 Large onion, sliced into rings
– ¼ cup Granulated sugar
– ¼ cup Olive oil
– ½ cup White distilled vinegar
– 1 cup Water
– 1 teaspoon Basil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Place the vegetables in a large mixing bowl and toss to combine.
2. Pour water over the vegetables.
3. In a small bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until well combined, then pour over the vegetables in the bowl.
4. Stir thoroughly to coat the vegetables, then refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
