BBQ Chicken Pizza
Ingredients (Makes 1 large pizza, serves 4):
1 pre-made pizza crust (or homemade dough)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
Prepare the Pizza: Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the pizza crust. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce, then top with cooked chicken and red onion slices.
Bake: Transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired. Slice and serve hot.
