Bareburger’s “Goin Back To Cauli”

Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly add the cold water to the flour mixture, whisking until a smooth batter forms.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it is fully coated.
- Place the battered cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce and chopped kimchi.
- Once the cauliflower is done, transfer it to a large bowl and toss with the kimchi-BBQ sauce mixture.
- Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and sliced jalapeno.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
