Ingredients
- ½ lemon rinsed thoroughly, seeds removed
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger peeled, chopped
- 1 large banana frozen or fresh
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ¾ cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
Instructions
- Combine lemon, ginger, banana, turmeric, and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy! For a thinner consistency, add more milk.

- Use frozen banana: For a thicker, creamier smoothie, use frozen banana instead of fresh.
