Banana Cream Cheesecake cake

INGREDIENTS:

°1/4 cup Oreo cookie crumbs

°2 tbsp. butter, melted

°1/2 package (125 g) cream cheese, at room temperature

°1/2 banana

°2 tbsp. sugar

°1 egg

+FOR GARNISH

°3 tbsp. sour cream

°1 C. sugar

°1/4 c slivered almonds, toast

STEPS

Preheat oven 350°F also placing rack in middle. Line 12cm springform pan with paper.

In the mold, mix the breadcrumbs with the butter using a fork, then press down well. To book.

In a food processor, grind cream cheese, half banana and sugar until smooth and homogeneous. Add the egg and lightly mix again.

Pour into the pan, then bake for 35 minutes.

In a bowl, combine sour cream and sugar, then set aside.

Let the cake rest for 5 min, then top with sour cream and almonds.
