Ingredients:

3-4 large russet potatoes, sliced

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning cup shredded parmesan cheese Optional: fresh parsley (or cilantro) ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

PREPARATION:

Preheat broiler to 375. Oil an enormous baking plate with a touch of oil and saved. Place the potato wedges in an enormous bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil and mix until covered. In a little bowl, whisk together salt, garlic powder, and Italian flavoring. Sprinkle the potato cuts with ground cheddar, go to cover, and sprinkle with the flavoring combination.
