Baked Cauliflower Tastes Better Than Meat! Crispy Roasted Cauliflower.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan (optional, for extra crispiness)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Make sure each floret is well-coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy on the edges.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle with parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking for extra crispiness and flavor.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy a delicious, meat-free treat that’s crispy and full of flavor!
