Air fryer Salmon Bites by Tracy

Ingredients:
400 g fresh salmon fillet (skinless)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds for garnish
Fresh green onions (thinly sliced)

Instructions:
Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes (about 3 cm).
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, chopped garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
Add the salmon cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Place the salmon pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the salmon is golden and cooked through.
Remove and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve the salmon bites with a lemon wedge and a soy dipping sauce. They are perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish!
