Air Fryer Recipes
Airfried fish fillet
Ingredients:
- 2 fish fillets (such as tilapia, cod, or haddock)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (you can use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness)
- Cooking spray or oil for misting
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each fish fillet into the flour mixture, making sure to coat it evenly.
- Next, dip the coated fillets into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Coat the fillets with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere to the fish.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the breaded fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they’re not overlapping.
- Air fry the fish fillets at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your fish fillets and the model of your air fryer, so keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the fish fillets from the air fryer basket and serve hot with your favorite sides, such as tartar sauce, lemon wedges, and steamed vegetables.
