air fryer tortilla pizza wrap

Ingredients:
- 1 large flour tortilla (8–10 inch)
- 2–3 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5–6 pepperoni slices (or toppings of choice: cooked sausage, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- Olive oil spray or brush
- Optional: red pepper flakes, garlic powder, fresh basil

Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Assemble the wrap:
- Lay the tortilla flat.
- Spread the pizza sauce over one half.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add toppings.
- Season with Italian seasoning.
- Fold the tortilla in half to make a semi-circle.
- Prepare for cooking:
- Lightly spray or brush both sides of the folded tortilla with olive oil.
- Place in the air fryer basket (you may need to cook in batches if making multiples).
- Air fry:
- Cook for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy and cheese is melted.
- Cool & Serve:
- Let cool for 1–2 minutes.
- Slice in half or serve whole. Add extra sauce for dipping if desired!
