Air fryer Shrimp And Sausage Kebabs


  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before use)


  1. Prepare the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, bell peppers, and red onion.
  2. Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano. Pour the seasoning mixture over the shrimp, sausage, and vegetables. Toss to coat everything evenly.
  3. Assemble the Kebabs: Thread the shrimp, sausage, bell peppers, and onions onto the skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Cook the Kebabs: Place the kebabs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through, and the sausage is browned and heated.
