Air Fryer Pull Apart Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 large French bread loaf
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Your Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C). This will give you a nice crispy crust while keeping the inside soft and cheesy.
  2. Prepare the Bread: Slice the French bread loaf diagonally, making sure not to cut all the way through. Leave about 1/2 inch at the bottom intact. This step will create a “pull apart” effect.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stuff the Bread: Using a brush or a spoon, generously brush the garlic butter mixture between the slices of the bread, making sure to get into each nook and cranny. Make sure some garlic and butter seep in for maximum flavor.
  5. Add the Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese into the slices, ensuring that the cheese gets in between them.
  6. Wrap in Foil: Carefully wrap the bread loaf in aluminum foil, making sure it’s sealed but not too tight to allow steam to escape.
  7. Air Fry the Bread: Place the foil-wrapped bread in the preheated air fryer. Cook for about 10-12 minutes. You’ll want the bread to be nicely toasted, and the cheese should be melted and bubbly.
  8. Finishing Touch: After air frying, open the foil carefully, allowing any steam to escape. Sprinkle the fresh chopped parsley over the top for a burst of color and freshness.
  9. Serve: Serve the pull apart cheese garlic bread while it’s hot. You can pull out slices to reveal the cheesy, garlicky goodness. It’s perfect for dipping into marinara sauce or enjoying on its own…
