Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place the dough balls on a parchment-lined tray, leaving some space between each cookie.
- Flatten each dough ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern on top.
- Place the tray in the preheated air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the cookies in batches.
- Cook the cookies at 350°F (180°C) for 6-8 minutes, or until they are golden brown around the edges. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
- Once done, remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
