Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  3. Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place the dough balls on a parchment-lined tray, leaving some space between each cookie.
  4. Flatten each dough ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern on top.
  5. Place the tray in the preheated air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the cookies in batches.
  6. Cook the cookies at 350°F (180°C) for 6-8 minutes, or until they are golden brown around the edges. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  7. Once done, remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
