Air Fryer Naan Bread Pizza.

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of naan bread
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6-8 pepperoni slices (or preferred toppings)
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for crispy crust)
  • Fresh basil or red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Prepare the naan – Lightly brush with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  3. Add toppings – Spread pizza sauce evenly over naan, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Add pepperoni and Italian seasoning.
  4. Air fry – Place the naan pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve – Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh basil or red pepper flakes, and enjoy!

Variations:

  • Margherita – Use fresh mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil.
  • BBQ Chicken – Swap pizza sauce for BBQ sauce, add shredded chicken and red onions.
  • Veggie – Add mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, and onions.
