Ingredients:
- For the donuts:
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- Cooking spray or melted butter
- For the cinnamon sugar coating:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- For the glaze (optional):
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the biscuit dough:
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
- Use a small round cookie cutter or the cap of a bottle to cut out the centers of each biscuit to create donut shapes. Save the centers to make donut holes.

- Place a few donuts and donut holes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching. You may need to work in batches.
- Air fry the donuts at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Coat with cinnamon sugar:
- In a shallow bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- While the donuts are still warm, lightly brush them with melted butter or spray with cooking spray, then roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.
- Optional glaze:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip the warm donuts into the glaze,
