Air fryer deviled eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or chives), for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Eggs:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 250°F (120°C).
    • Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-17 minutes.
    • Once done, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
    • Scoop out the yolks into a bowl and mash them with a fork.
    • Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  3. Assemble the Deviled Eggs:
    • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
    • Sprinkle with paprika and add fresh herbs if desired.
  4. Serve:
    • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
