🌟 Air Fryer Crustless Quiche (Delicious & Easy)
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup milk or heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella, or mix)
- ½ cup cooked vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers, or zucchini)
- ¼ cup cooked meat (optional: bacon, ham, or sausage)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
1. Prepare the Pan
- Lightly grease a 6–7 inch air fryer–safe pan.
2. Mix the Filling
- In a bowl, whisk:
- Eggs
- Milk or cream
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- Stir in:
- Cheese
- Vegetables
- Meat (if using)
3. Pour & Set
- Pour mixture into the greased pan.
- Gently tap to remove air bubbles.
Air Fryer Cooking
- Preheat air fryer
- 320°F (160°C) for 3 minutes
- Cook
- Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 18–22 minutes
- Center should be just set (slight jiggle is okay)
- Rest
- Let sit 5–10 minutes before slicing
