1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
1/2 cup cooked vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, or your choice)
1/2 cup cooked meat (bacon, ham, sausage, or your choice)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
Cooking spray or a small amount of oil for greasing
Instructions:
Prepare the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
Lightly grease a baking dish or a suitable air fryer-safe pan that fits in your air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
Mix the Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk (or cream) until well combined.
Stir in the shredded cheese, cooked vegetables, and cooked meat.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mixture, and mix well.
Pour into Pan:
Pour the egg mixture into the greased baking dish.
Air Fry:
Place the baking dish in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown. You can check the doneness by inserting a toothpick or a knife into the center; it should come out clean.
Cool and Serve:
Remove the quiche from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes.
Slice and serve warm.
Tips:
You can customize the quiche with your favorite ingredients. Add herbs like parsley, chives, or basil for extra flavor.
If you want a more uniform shape, you can use silicone muffin cups to make individual mini quiches.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the air fryer or microwave.
