Air fryer cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Shape the Cookies:
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough for each cookie and roll into balls.
- Place the dough balls on a plate or tray, leaving a little space between each one.
- Air Fry the Cookies:
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Place a few dough balls in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
- Remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
- Repeat:
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls, lining the basket with new parchment paper for each batch if necessary.
- Enjoy:
- Once the cookies are cool enough to handle, enjoy your delicious air fryer chocolate chip cookies!
