Air fryer chicken thighs

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a seasoning rub.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken thighs, making sure to coat all sides.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other to allow for proper air circulation.
  6. Cook the chicken thighs in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  7. Once done, remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
