Ingredients:
- 6-8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Optional: your favorite herbs or spices for additional flavor
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and any other herbs or spices you’d like to add.
- Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels, then coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the seasoned drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they’re not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the chicken drumsticks in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
- Check for doneness by piercing the thickest part of the drumstick with a meat thermometer; it should register at least 165°F (75°C).
- Once done, remove the chicken drumsticks from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes and enjoy your crispy and flavorful air fryer chicken drumsticks!
