Air Fryer Chicken

Ingredients:
– 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or breasts, drumsticks or a mix)
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/4 tsp dried thyme
– 1/4 tsp dried oregano
– Cooking spray

Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried oregano.
3. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Rub the chicken with olive oil, and then evenly coat each piece with the seasoning mix.
4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
5. Place the seasoned chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side up, ensuring there’s enough space between them for proper airflow.
6. Cook the chicken for 25-30 minutes (depending on the thickness of the pieces), flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden
