Air Fryer Burgers

Ingredients (Makes 4 burgers):
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 burger buns
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.

Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Mix & shape the patties:
In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Divide and shape into 4 equal patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Make a small indent in the center of each to prevent puffing. - Cook the burgers:
Place patties in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd). Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway. Internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C) for well-done. - Add cheese (optional):
If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last 1–2 minutes. Close the basket to melt. - Toast buns (optional):
You can toast the buns in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes after removing the burgers. - Assemble:
Place each patty on a bun, add your favorite toppings and sauces, and serve hot!
