AIR FRYER BROWNIES 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer – Set to 320°F (160°C) and line a small baking pan (6-7 inches) with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients – In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients – In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Make Batter – Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour into Pan – Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  6. Air Fry – Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 15-18 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center; if it comes out with a few moist crumbs, it’s done!
  7. Cool & Serve – Let the brownies cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm or with a scoop of ice cream!
