AIR FRYER BROWNIES

Ingredients:
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat Air Fryer – Set to 320°F (160°C) and line a small baking pan (6-7 inches) with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Mix Wet Ingredients – In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients – In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Make Batter – Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour into Pan – Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Air Fry – Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 15-18 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center; if it comes out with a few moist crumbs, it’s done!
- Cool & Serve – Let the brownies cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm or with a scoop of ice cream!
