Air Fryer Breakfast Plate

(Serves 1–2, adjustable)

Ingredients

Protein Options:

  • 2–3 eggs (for soft-boiled, scrambled, or fried in silicone cups)
  • 2–3 slices bacon or turkey bacon
  • 2–3 breakfast sausages or chicken sausage links

Carbs/Grains:

  • 1–2 slices bread (for toast)
  • Optional: ½ cup potato cubes or hash browns

Veggies & Extras:

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup bell peppers, diced
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • Optional: spinach or kale

Toppings & Seasonings:

  • Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
  • Butter, olive oil, or cooking spray
  • Optional: shredded cheese, avocado, or hot sauce

Instructions

1. Cook Protein

  1. Bacon or sausage: Place in the air fryer basket, spaced slightly apart.
    • Cook at 370°F (185°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  2. Eggs:
    • Soft-boiled eggs: 270°F (130°C) for 9–11 minutes, then ice bath.
    • Scrambled eggs in a silicone cup: Spray with cooking spray, whisk eggs with a little milk, salt, pepper; air fry 8–10 minutes at 320°F (160°C).

2. Cook Carbs

  1. Toast: Air fry bread slices at 370°F (185°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Potatoes/hash browns: Toss cubed potatoes or shredded hash browns with 1 tsp olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika. Air fry 12–15 minutes at 375°F (190°C), shaking halfway.

3. Cook Veggies

  1. Toss cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach lightly with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Air fry 5–7 minutes at 370°F (185°C) until tender.

4. Assemble the Plate

  1. Arrange eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes/hash browns, and veggies on a plate.
  2. Add toast with butter on the side.
  3. Optional: sprinkle cheese, avocado slices, or drizzle hot sauce for extra flavor.
