Air Fryer Recipes
air fryer bacon and egg breakfast
Ingredients:
- Bacon strips (as many as you want)
- Eggs (as many as you want)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Cooking spray (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
- If your air fryer has a basket or tray, you can use it to place the bacon in a single layer. Alternatively, you can use a silicone air fryer-safe mat or parchment paper to line the basket or tray, which makes cleanup easier. If using a mat or parchment paper, you can place the bacon directly on it.
- Arrange the bacon strips in the air fryer, making sure they don’t overlap. If you have a smaller air fryer, you may need to cook the bacon in batches.
- Cook the bacon in the air fryer for about 5-10 minutes, depending on your preferred level of crispiness. Check on it occasionally to prevent overcooking. Thick-cut bacon will take longer than thin-cut bacon.
- While the bacon is cooking, prepare the eggs. You can cook the eggs in the air fryer as well. Crack the eggs into a heatproof ramekin or small oven-safe dish. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Once the bacon is done, remove it from the air fryer and set it aside. If you cooked the bacon on parchment paper or a mat, replace it with a clean one for the eggs.
- Place the ramekin with the eggs in the air fryer basket or on the tray. Cook the eggs in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes. This will result in runny yolks, but you can adjust the time for your desired level of doneness.
- Carefully remove the ramekin with the eggs from the air fryer.
- Serve the crispy bacon alongside the air-fried eggs for a delicious and easy breakfast. You can also add toast, avocado, or any other breakfast sides you prefer…
