This million dollar cucumber salad, lightly dressed, is crisp, creamy, loaded with flavor, and perfect for a summer picnic or potluck. Best if served immediately. It’s addicting so I recommend doubling the recipe if taking to a gathering.
Ingredients
Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings
2 English cucumbers, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon freeze-dried dill
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup real bacon bits
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing, such as Wishbone®
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
Place sliced cucumbers, garlic powder, dill, salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss to coat.
