
Ingredients — 1 large serving or 2 small servings
- 170 g 0% Greek yogurt — ~17 g protein
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein — ~20–25 g protein
- 1–2 tbsp sugar-free orange Jell-O powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tbsp cold water or unsweetened milk
- ½ cup mandarin oranges, drained
- Sweetener, to taste, if needed
- Optional: 1–2 tbsp light/sugar-free whipped topping for extra fluffiness
- Optional: a little orange zest
Instructions
- Add Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, orange Jell-O powder and vanilla extract to a bowl.
- Add the water/milk gradually and whisk until completely smooth.
- Beat with a hand mixer for 1–2 minutes to make it lighter and fluffier.
- Gently fold in the mandarin oranges.
- Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes for a thicker mousse-like texture.
- Top with a little whipped topping and orange zest if you want.
