High-Protein Lemon Cinnamon Wellness Shake

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or 1 cup skim milk
¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 25–30 g protein)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ice
Sweetener of choice, to taste (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust the sweetness or lemon juice if desired.
Serve immediately.

Using skim milk:

Optional Boosts
1 tablespoon chia seeds for fiber and omega-3 fats.
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger for a spicy kick.
1 cup frozen strawberries or blueberries for extra vitamins and fiber.
Handful of spinach for added nutrients without changing the flavor much.

This shake is much higher in protein than the drink shown in the image, making it more likely to keep you satisfied between meals while fitting into a balanced eating plan.
