Ingredients:
8–10 dried bay leaves
2 cups water
Optional: 1–2 tsp honey (for added skin nourishment)
Instructions:
Boil: Add the bay leaves to a saucepan with 2 cups of water. Bring to a gentle boil.
Simmer: Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes until the water is reduced slightly and infused with the bay leaves.
Cool: Let the mixture cool to a warm temperature.
Apply: Dip a clean cloth or cotton pad in the bay leaf water and gently apply to the areas with wrinkles or dry skin.
Rinse (optional): Leave for 15–20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. You can also leave it on overnight for better absorption.
Moisturize: Apply your favorite moisturizer afterward.
Tips:
Use daily for best results.
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and warmed slightly before use.
Can be mixed with a little honey or aloe vera for extra hydration.
