
High-Protein Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients
- 700 g (1.5 lb) cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
- 200 g (7 oz) lean deli ham, diced
- 200 g (2 cups) reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 100 g (1 cup) reduced-fat Swiss cheese, shredded
- 225 g (8 oz) low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 240 g (1 cup) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional, for topping)
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Fold in the chicken, ham, half the mozzarella, and half the Swiss cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella and Swiss cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan on top if using.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a lightly golden top.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
