Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 g) Greek yogurt (or thick high-protein yogurt)
- 2 large eggs
- 2–3 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
(Optional but common: vanilla or cinnamon, but keeping it 3-ingredient you can skip)
Instructions
- Preheat oven
- Set to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, and sweetener until completely smooth.
- Pour
- Divide mixture into small ramekins or oven-safe cups.
- Bake (water bath optional but recommended)
- Place cups in a baking dish.
- Add hot water halfway up the sides of the cups.
- Bake for 25–35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours.

- Cinnamon
- Cocoa powder
- Berries
- A drizzle of honey
- Crushed nuts
