3-Ingredient High-Protein Custard Cups

Serves: 2–3
Texture: creamy, spoonable, baked pudding


Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 g) Greek yogurt (or thick high-protein yogurt)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2–3 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
    (Optional but common: vanilla or cinnamon, but keeping it 3-ingredient you can skip)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • Set to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix
    • In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, and sweetener until completely smooth.
  3. Pour
    • Divide mixture into small ramekins or oven-safe cups.
  4. Bake (water bath optional but recommended)
    • Place cups in a baking dish.
    • Add hot water halfway up the sides of the cups.
    • Bake for 25–35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Cool
    • Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours.

Optional toppings

  • Cinnamon
  • Cocoa powder
  • Berries
  • A drizzle of honey
  • Crushed nuts

Approximate Protein

  • 18–25g protein per serving (depending on yogurt brand)
