Custard Cake

Ingredients
• 1½ cups flour
• ½ cup custard powder
• ¾ cup sugar
• ½ cup butter (or oil)
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Steps
1. Cream butter + sugar till light.
2. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
3. Mix in milk.
4. In another bowl, combine flour, custard powder, baking powder, and salt.
5. Fold dry into wet (don’t overmix).
6. Pour into greased pan.
7. Bake at 175°C for 35–45 mins.
8. Cool, slice, enjoy.
