Ingredients

  • 500g lean ground beef
  • 250g high-protein pasta or egg noodles
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef
    • Heat olive oil in a large pan.

    • Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Season
    • Stir in paprika, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt.
  3. Cook noodles
    • Pour in beef broth and 2 cups water.
    • Add noodles directly to the pan.

  4. Make it creamy
    • Lower heat.
    • Stir in Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese until creamy.
  5. Serve
    • Garnish with parsley and extra black pepper.
