
Homemade Stovetop Beef & Noodles ๐ฅฉ๐
High-Protein Comfort Meal
Ingredients
- 500g lean ground beef
- 250g high-protein pasta or egg noodles
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the beef
- Heat olive oil in a large pan.
- Add onion and garlic; sautรฉ 2โ3 minutes.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Season
- Stir in paprika, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt.
- Cook noodles
- Pour in beef broth and 2 cups water.
- Add noodles directly to the pan.
- Simmer 8โ10 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Make it creamy
- Lower heat.
- Stir in Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese until creamy.
- Serve
- Garnish with parsley and extra black pepper.
