Berry Circulation Smoothie

  • 1 cup berries srawberries, or blackberries)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional, but recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 cup water or almond milk

 Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust consistency with more liquid if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

 Tips

  • Use frozen berries for a thicker, colder smoothie.
  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness.
