Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish with olive oil.Food
In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, water, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
Place the chicken thighs in the greased baking dish and pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
Uncover the dish and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, and serve hot.
