- 6โ8 slices prosciutto (thinly sliced, high in protein)
- 6โ8 large cooked chicken breast pieces or chicken tenders (protein core)

- Prep the chicken
- Slice cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces (about 1โ2 inches)
- Wrap with prosciutto
- Lay one slice of prosciutto flat
- Place a piece of chicken in the center
- Roll tightly into a โbombโ shape
- Cook (optional)
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat
- Sear prosciutto-wrapped chicken for 2โ3 minutes per side until slightly crisp
- Or bake at 200ยฐC (400ยฐF) for 10 minutes for a hands-off method
- Serve
