4-Ingredient Lemon Donuts 

Ingredients:

1 cup self-rising flour (or 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt) 🌾

¾ cup lemon Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt + 1 tbsp lemon juice) 🍋🥄

¼ cup sugar 🍚

Zest of 1 lemon 🍋

Optional Glaze (bonus but worth it!):

½ cup powdered sugar 🍥

1–2 tbsp lemon juice 🍋

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan or use silicone molds. 🔥🍩

2️⃣ In a bowl, combine flour, yogurt, sugar, and lemon zest. Mix until just combined — do not overmix! 🌀🍋

3️⃣ Spoon or pipe batter into prepared donut molds, filling each about ¾ full. 🥄

4️⃣ Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before removing from pan. ⏳❄️

5️⃣ Optional glaze: Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Dip tops of cooled donuts or drizzle over the top. 🍥🍋

Total Time: 20 min

Kcal: ~120 per donut (without glaze)

Servings: 6–8 donuts
