Optional Glaze (bonus but worth it!):
½ cup powdered sugar ![]()
1–2 tbsp lemon juice ![]()
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan or use silicone molds. ![]()

In a bowl, combine flour, yogurt, sugar, and lemon zest. Mix until just combined — do not overmix! ![]()

Spoon or pipe batter into prepared donut molds, filling each about ¾ full. ![]()
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before removing from pan. ![]()

Optional glaze: Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Dip tops of cooled donuts or drizzle over the top. ![]()
