🍪 4-Ingredient High-Protein Butter Cookies

🥣 Ingredients (makes ~10 cookies)

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 2–3 tbsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or a low-calorie sweetener)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    To 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ingredients
    In a bowl, combine peanut butter, protein powder, egg, and sweetener until a dough forms.
  3. Form cookies
    Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Place on baking sheet and flatten slightly with a fork.
  4. Bake
    Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Don’t overbake—they stay soft.
  5. Cool
    Let cookies cool 5 minutes on the sheet—they firm up as they cool.
