Pudding layer:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla, high protein base)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1β2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness)
- Β½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2β4 tbsp milk (to thin if needed)
Layers:
- 2 ripe bananas (sliced)
- 8β10 vanilla wafers (or crushed digestive biscuits / oats for healthier option)
Optional high-protein whipped topping:
- Β½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1β2 tbsp whipped cream (optional for texture)
- 1 tsp honey

- Make the pudding
Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Add milk gradually for a creamy pudding consistency. - Prepare layers
Slice bananas and crush cookies (if using). - Assemble cups
In small cups or jars:- Layer pudding
- Add banana slices
- Add cookies
- Repeat layers
- Top it off
Add the whipped yogurt topping. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1β2 hours (this softens the layers and improves flavor).
