🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast (cut into strips)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil (or cooking spray)

Option 1: Oven (easiest)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In one bowl, beat the egg.
  3. In another bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan, and spices.
  4. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in the dry mixture.
  5. Place on a lined baking tray and lightly spray with oil.
  6. Bake 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.

Option 2: Air Fryer (crispiest)

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare chicken the same way.
  3. Air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
